❌ Download Link Says “Expired”

  • Log into your account at witchesdesigns.com
  • Check spam folder for the download email
  • Contact us – we’ll send fresh links immediately
  • Try different browser or clear browser cache
Remember: Your account dashboard has fresh links that never expire!

💻 File Won’t Open or Looks Broken

  1. Check file name: Should end in .svg, .png, or .pdf
  2. Check file size: Broken files are usually much smaller
  3. Try different app: Some programs work better than others
  4. Download again: Get a fresh copy of the file
  5. Check storage space: Make sure device has room

✂️ Cutting Machine Won’t Read SVG

  • Use “Upload” button instead of drag-and-drop
  • Update your software to latest version
  • Try ungrouping elements after importing
  • Simplify complex designs if needed

  • Printer settings: Choose “Best Quality” or “High Quality”
