What exactly do I get when I buy a design?
A ZIP file containing the design in every format listed on the product page — at minimum an SVG and a transparent-background PNG. The exact contents are shown in the product specifications, so you always know before you buy.
Which machines and software do the files work with?
Our SVGs cut cleanly in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition or higher for SVG import), Graphtec and most other cutting software. The PNGs work anywhere you can print or sublimate from.
How do I download my files?
The moment your payment clears, download links appear on the order confirmation screen, in your confirmation email, and under your account downloads page. You can re-download your purchases whenever you need them.
Are the PNG files high resolution?
Yes — PNGs are provided at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds, which is what you want for sublimation, DTF transfers and crisp print-and-cut work.
Can I sell things I make with your designs?
In most cases, yes — handmade and small-business physical products are covered. The full details (including what is never allowed, like re-selling the digital files themselves) live on our License & Commercial Use page.
I bought a file but it will not unzip on my phone.
iPhones and iPads can open ZIPs with the built-in Files app: tap the ZIP and it extracts in place. That said, we recommend downloading on a computer if you are sending files to a cutting machine — mobile browsers sometimes rename or split downloads.
The design imports but will not cut correctly. Help?
Nine times out of ten it is an ungrouping issue — ungroup the layers once after import and try again. If it still misbehaves, email us with your machine and software version and we will sort it out with you.
Do you offer refunds on digital files?
Because files are delivered instantly, we do not refund a change of mind — but broken, corrupt or missing files are always replaced or refunded. See the refund policy for the specifics.

We do! No promises on timing, but requests genuinely shape what we draw next. Send yours in.
