Short version: make things, sell the things you make, just never re-sell or share the files themselves. Here is the long version.
Personal use
Use any purchased design for unlimited personal projects — shirts for your family, mugs for your book club, decals for absolutely everything you own. No credit required, ever.
Commercial use — what is allowed
- Selling finished physical products you make with the designs: shirts, tumblers, signs, decals, ornaments and similar handmade or small-business items.
- Print-on-demand and sublimation products, provided the design is part of a finished physical item.
- Unlimited quantities — we do not cap how many finished items you can sell.
What is never allowed
- Re-selling, sharing, gifting or redistributing the digital files in any form — original or modified.
- Including the designs in digital products: no clip-art packs, printables sold as files, website themes, or embroidery files for re-sale.
- Claiming the artwork as your own, or registering it (or a trivially modified version) as a logo or trademark.
- Uploading the files to file-sharing sites, POD marketplaces that require design-file uploads for re-sale as files, or AI training datasets.
Designs featuring licensed artwork
Some designs in our catalog feature third-party characters, logos or other licensed intellectual property. Those designs may carry additional usage restrictions noted on the product page — where a restriction is listed, it takes precedence over the general terms above.
Not sure? Just ask
If your use case is not clearly covered here, email us before you commit to a big production run. We answer licensing questions quickly, and we would rather clear it up in advance than have you redo a batch of two hundred tumblers.
