These terms govern your use of witchesdesigns.com and every purchase you make here. By using the site or buying a design, you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell digital files — SVG, PNG and related design formats — delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe exactly which formats each purchase includes.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Download links and purchased files are for the account holder — sharing them is a violation of the file license.
Intellectual property
All designs remain the property of Witches Designs or the respective rights holders. A purchase grants you a license to use the files as described on our License & Commercial Use page — it does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error is obvious (for example, a bundle listed at $0 by mistake), we may cancel and refund the order.
Delivery
Files are delivered immediately after payment via the order confirmation page, email, and your account downloads area. If a download ever fails, contact us and we will get the files to you — that is our problem to fix, not yours.
Refunds
Digital purchases follow our Refund Policy: defective or inaccessible files are always replaced or refunded; instant delivery means we cannot refund a simple change of mind.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to do anything unlawful, attempt to breach its security, scrape the catalog, or resell or redistribute purchased files. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the file license.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and files are provided “as is”. We test every design, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every software version and machine combination — check the product specifications before buying. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
