- Account information — if you create an account: your login email and the orders tied to it.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, so we can help you and keep context for follow-ups.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running well.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processors, not by us. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only a confirmation of payment and the details needed to fulfil the order. Our processors handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work — keeping your cart, logging you in, remembering your downloads. We may also use analytics tools to understand which designs and pages people find useful; where analytics is in use, data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Who we share data with

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations, and so you can re-download purchases. Support emails are kept while they remain useful for helping you.
